During early access, landlord access is also free — we're prioritizing trust and iteration speed over revenue. Only opted-in tenants

You see tenants who explicitly consented to being shared. No scraped emails, no spam lists. Tenants can opt out at any time, and they're notified every time someone expresses interest.

Verified before you see them

ID, income, employment, and rental history are checked by AI and a human reviewer before a tenant appears in your digest. No fake pay stubs.

Fair Housing guardrails

When you submit criteria, anything tied to a protected class (family status, source of income, disability, etc.) is rejected before it saves — and the same screening runs on the tenant side. You get qualified renters, not a civil rights lawsuit. See how we enforce it →
